Our Guarantee

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any Hammershark Media product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a FULL refund.  An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be requested via email at customerservice@hammershark.com within 30 days of purchase and the product must be returned and received by Hammershark Media, before the refund can be processed.  The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition and the RMA number must be displayed on the return packaging.  Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
